Make these Cheesy Haryali Cutlets, packed with wholesome veggies, for a scrumptious snack or appetizer! 🌿 I've airfried them using my @pigeonkitchenappliances Heathifry Airfryer, which boasts features like 360-degree High-speed Air Circulation Technology, reducing oil usage by 85%, and a non-stick cooking rack. Bake, grill, toast, or reheat - it does it all!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1/4 cup blanched spinach
1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes (abt 4 medium potatoes)
Salt to taste
For breading: 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with water (or use a beaten egg) and fine breadcrumbs
Mozzarella cheese for filling
Instructions are narrated in the video. Once the cutlet filling is made, taste and adjust seasoning before shaping into cutlets.
Spray the cutlets lightly with oil and airfry at 180C for 10 -12 mins until golden (flip them at the halfway mark and spray with more oil if required). Serve hot with your dip of choice! I like to serve them with a garlicy yogurt dip.
