Bake, grill, toast, or reheat - it does it all! Ingredients: 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1 tsp finely chopped ginger 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped 1/2 cup green peas 1/4 cup blanched spinach 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes (abt 4 medium potatoes) Salt to taste For breading: 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with water (or use a beaten egg) and fine breadcrumbs Mozzarella cheese for filling Instructions are narrated in the video.
