Sweet cream cheese orange pie

Ingredients:
50g cream cheese;
100g Sugar (and about 20g more to spread in the pan and give the pie a distinctly sweet taste);
2 Eggs;
2 Oranges (One for zesting and one for cutting slices and decorating, or just one for doing both);
50ml lemon juice
150g Pankeka mix;
50g melted butter (and a little more to spread in the pan and prevent the cake from sticking);
