March Week 5 - Nutrition, Base Running, and THE Hill Revisted on Foot

This Week’s Activity and Events:

This week we discuss nutrition, intermittent fasting, and “base” running to build endurance. We tackle THE Hill for one of our running sessions this week and of course, completed the usual Crossfit and 3.5 mile walk Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 😊
