Lies about SALT

Of all the ingredient chemicals that have been demonized over the years, sodium has to be one of the most significant.
It’s only when you combine a high-salt diet consisting of tons of junk food, with a sedentary lifestyle and generally poor health choices that you get the harmful effects of sodium.Â
Simply put, salt alone is NOT to blame for conditions such as high blood pressure, at least in the vast majority of people.Â
Despite the FDA’s sodium-reduction push, research has proven that not only is sodium not nearly as bad as it’s said to be, but you are actually missing out on the vital benefits of it.
