In a series of videos, Sabrina Wallace, former IT (Information Technology) professional and involuntary test subject in government black projects, offers the most sophisticated and technologically-complex analysis of “the program” I have encountered to date. See, for example, her excellent video: *(Best(!!) Sabrina Wallace Video on Electronic Warfare – TI Program w/ Links & Comments August, 2023) with pertinent links, transcribed summary, and comments) I cannot confirm all of Sabrina Wallace’s information. However, it appears to me that this information is critical to understanding the targeting program as it relates to a number of other globalist agendas. To help people better understand this complex topic, I have compiled a glossary of terms relevant to this warfare-biomedical-mind/behavioral control-enslavement system based on Sabrina Wallace’s info-videos. To provide a quick overview of her views, I transcribe Wallace’s summary of the electronic-netcentric-information-cognitive warfare, biomedical engineering, industrial cyber-physical infrastructure, AND organized stalking-electronic torture-murder system that underlies the “globalist’s”/satanist’s transhumanist-eugenics program here: Sabrina Wallace (near end of above video): “One hundred and fifty years ago they told people the ‘human biofield’ does not exist… (Meanwhile) they get to work with the biofield inside computer networking and put you (your biofield) on the Cloud in a body area network and then send electrical signals to your central nervous system, not only to make you believe and hear whatever, but also to augment your tissue growth, wireless tissue engineering, biomedical tissue engineering (transhumanism), or just electrocute you from the inside out and get rid of you. They get to label and decide who a “terrorist” is and once they do that they enter that data into a massive computer system. Then the industrial cyber-physical backbone on the kill net of ‘network killing’ might just make the decision that you are a “terrorist…” Because you are not allowed to talk about the biofield. It’s their job to control that electrical body part. It’s made of you. First, this system explains the hidden technological functioning of the TI program. Second, it has to be the same system referred to by World Economic Forum globalists as: “under the skin surveillance.” This helps explain Yuval Noah Harari’s comments such as: “Humans are now hackable animals. The idea that they have this soul or spirit and they have free will and nobody knows what’s happening inside me so whatever I choose, this is my free will. Thus, I believe civilian populations must quickly acknowledge the existence of this system in order to understand and defeat it. Our survival and/or free will may hang in the balance. In her many videos (I’ve watched about 30), Wallace provides a technical overview of the 60+ year-old electronic-netcentric-cognitive-information warfare system that: 1) underlies the NSA Global Spy Network and warfare system, 2) underpins the industrial, AI-driven precision health system, and 3) provides the basis of globalists’ eugenics and enslavement programs. These warfare technologies may have already captured much or most of humanity. For the most part, this has been achieved gradually, covertly, and without people’s consent. Thank you Sabrina, for stepping forward and helping to bring us up to speed on these complex topics. Why a glossary of terms? To understand and defend ourselves from these highly complex weapons systems, citizens must first learn the proper vocabulary to describe and comprehend them. We also need to know who is operating this system and how it works. The following glossary, then, inspired by Wallace’s videos, is a first step toward defending ourselves from this “beast” (?) system. Among the most important of the realities undergirding this system that are generally unknown and/or misunderstood are*: 1) The Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) aka “human biofield,” “aura,” and “body electric” is an essential body part of all humans that accounts for about 80% of the immune system. However, for the past 150 years its existence has been strategically denied, for all practical purposes, by those whose intention is to use it to achieve total global population control. 2) Scientists have made tremendous and largely classified advances in transhumanism/cybernetics over the past ninety+ years and in electronic warfare (EW) over the past sixty+ years. 3) In-body biosensors that incorporate our own cell tissues are already installed within us. 4) There has been total military weaponization of the electromagnetic spectrum. 5) The human biofield (WBAN) is hackable from a distance using the 802.15.4/5/6 I.P address at 2.4 THz frequency.
