Ooooo! Lasagna for 2!!

Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta sauce
Cook the meat and add pasta sauce

Ricotta Mixure:
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of mozarella cheese
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 egg
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Spread 1/4 cup pasta on bottom of loaf pan
Add lasagna pasta
Add ricotta cheese mixture
Add beef mixture
Repeat process
Top with mozarella cheese
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes
Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese melt
