Fight or Flow Workouts? What’s the difference?

Over the last 3 decades, I have learned a lot by personally training and coaching for nearly 50,000 hours.

Perennial Best-Selling Author, Malcolm Gladwell wrote in “Outliers” that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to become an “expert” or “master”.

I disagree. It’s not just “practice”.

It’s intentional, focused practice.

It’s about understanding what the Vision and Purpose is and then measuring and implementing consistently and modifying along the way.

That’s how you learn and become better and stronger and more energized and productive year after year!

This is the scientific method in action.

And this is exactly how I developed the concept of “Fight or Flow”.

If you want to know how to never miss a Training session again then this concept lays the foundation.

It’s not about annihilating your body. The “no pain no gain” mindset sounds cool but it inevitably leads to chronic pain, injuries and frustration.

“Fight or Flow” is how you can intelligently Train 4 Life….and continuously improve year after year!

Next time, you are traveling extensively or you feel run down or life kicks you in the arse then you know what to do!

Bottom line lesson: Consistency is the key. Stimulate your body; don’t annihilate it. A little Training is WAY better than none!

You were born a LION…not a fearful lamb.
