Looking out a 31st floor window eastward toward one of Bangkok’s financial districts, Thong Lo. Watch the clouds float past on a sunny afternoon. If you look closely, you can see the BTS “Skytrain” going to and from the suburbs. Look even closer and you’ll see one of the city’s airports, Suvarnabhumi, about 10 miles in the distance.
