Other examples of conviction are Patriot Outreach Founder Col. Tony Monaco, and Kansas Rep. Pat Proctor, who participated in the Patriot Outreach segment of the show. The "Be Still and Know" meditation technique, as rediscovered by Alan's father Roy Masters, is a powerful way to find the courage we need to overcome the world.
