2 tsp monkfruit sweetener (8g)
3 oz non fat greek yogurt (85g)

Strawberry toppings
3.5 oz strawberries (100g)
2 tsp monkfruit sweetener (8g)

Apple topping
2.5 oz sauteed apples (that's 4 oz of fresh apples)
3 oz non fat greek yogurt (85g)
7 g almonds
