Easy High Protein Low Calorie Snacks - Only 2 Ingredients
Just 2 ingredients, easy to make, high in protein and low calorie snacks - jello and yogurt fun layers. You can use any flavor of jello or mix and match. I used non fat Fage greek yogurt but any type of yogurt will do. If you want to keep the calories low make sure not to use any sugar loaded, flavored yogurt.

One 8 serving packet of jello, 8.5 g
1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt
