You can stop buying dressing for salads - this garlic cilantro yogurt sauce is easy to make, takes little time and tastes incredibly good!

Ingredients
- 100 g (3 oz) full fat 5% greek yogurt
- 1 small jalapeno
- 2 garlic cloves (use can use less if you do not like strong garlic flavors)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- black pepper
- 1 tbs chopped cilantro
