High Protein Oat Pancakes Healthy Recipe #shorts
#shorts This healthy recipe for high protein oat pancakes is super easy and super fast. But most importantly SUPER delicious! No sugar and just egg whites for extra protein. I am sure you will absolutely love this recipe! I served it with some maple syrup and homemade raspberry sauce. You can play with different toppings. You can even add chocolate chips or blueberry to the batter.
I love these pancakes cuz I can eat them every day guilt free and enjoy them even more than any other recipe I have had.

Ingredients
1.5 oz banana
½ cup old fashioned oats (41g)
2 oz non fat Greek yogurt Fage (56g)
3 tbs egg whites (45g)
Pinch of salt
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
Blend all ingredients (I like Nutribullet because it blends very finely)
Divide the batter in 3 pancakes
Grease pan with a little bit of butter
Add 1/3 batter and fry 2 minutes per side
Serve with your favorite toppings
