Brownies No Sugar No Flour No Oil | Low Calorie High Protein Desserts

Best healthy brownies I have ever made. No sugar, no flour and no oil or butter and chewy, gooey deliciousness. These brownies are low in calories and high in protein. Ingredients
- 2 medium size bananas (3 oz each) – very ripe bananas
- 1 and half cups of old fashioned oats – I grinded them in my nutribullet to a fine flour
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup
- 3 tablespoons of monkfruit sweetener
- One large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 oz chocolate chips
- Or peanut butter swirl, you will need PB2, powdered peanut butter, lower in calories and higher in protein than regular peanut butter
- Syrup: I mix sugar free pancake syrup with Skinny syrups to create my preferred flavor
