My newest recipe creation. A warming spicy turkey Stew with pumpkin, collagen, tomatoes and more! Recipe below.....

1lb. Ground Turkey
7 oz. Pumpkin
7 oz. Diced Tomatoes
1 can green chilis
Small sliver cut up - habenero pepper
1/4 onion - chopped
1 garlic clove - chopped
1 tbps butter
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream (Coconut Whipping cream if dairy free)
2 scoops of Further Foods vanilla collagen protein powder ( or any protein powder substitute you want)

**Brown up the turkey and drain any juice. Just before it finishes, throw the butter, onion, green chilis, habenero pepper, and garlic into a separate frying pan and saute until onions are soft.

Add vegetables to the turkey, stir and then add in your cumin, salt, pepper, pumpkin pie seasoning. Stir in the tomatoes and canned pumpkin.

While that is simmering a bit, whisk up or use a small blender for your chicken broth, heavy cream and protein powder.

Pour the cream mixture over your stew and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serve up in a bowl all by itself!
