This Sunday, Mike McClung returned to the Song of Solomon series with Part 9. In this section of the book, we see how far the Bridal Soul has come from where she started. Now there is glory and resurrection life coming from within her, and her gaze is more on the Bridegroom than on what He has done for her. It is here that He praises her, and calls her His spouse for the first time. This encouragement is a preparation for trials to come, but for now there is rest in His love.
