The X29 was an American EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT first flown in 1984. The aircraft tested the forward-swept wing concept, along with canard control services and other high-manoeuvrability concepts. The X-29 was operated by both NASA and the US Air Force (USAF) until its retirement in the 1990s. Today’s AVIATION ART release depicts an X-29 conducting flight testing high above the winter desert.

Dedicated to everything jet-fuelled, fast and loud, Viperwerks Studios produces daily AVIATION ART VIDEOS for fans of ALL THINGS FLIGHT! Like, share and subscribe to support the channel and help us to keep producing cool aviation content… on the daily.
