These healthy double chocolate banana bread made with oat and almond flour, sweetened with maple syrup, quick and easy to make. No refined flour, butter or dairy. Delicious banana bread in few minutes. Full of good fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Healthy banana bread recipe that will please both children and adults (I liked it very much).
Super tasty banana bread with awesome taste. The result is incredibly delicious and everyone will love it.

Ingredients:

100 g rolled oats / 1 US cup
100 g almond flour / 1 cup
25 g carob powder / 3 1/4 tbsp [or 10 tsp]
5 g baking powder / 1 tsp
3 g baking soda / 3/4 teaspoon
pinch of salt
3 medium bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 ml maple syrup / 5.5 tbsp
70 ml sunflower oil / 4.5 tbsp
50 g chocolate chips / 5 tbsp

baking dish 26 x 9 cm / 10 x 3 1/2 inches
bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C / 360°F
