Hey Guy’s! Welcome back to my channel. In today’s video I’m going to make a Healthy Banana Nut Bread. I normally make banana bread with regular plain flour and white sugar. In this recipe I wanted healthier version from a family favorite. The almond flour brings a nuttier flavor to the bread and it makes it more dense.
I enjoyed banana bread everyday for breakfast while I was on my cruise. I wanted to come home and start making it also but a healthy version.
I hope that you guys will give this recipe a try.

Healthy Banana Nut Bread:
6 Small Ripe Bananas, 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Banana Extract
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9 X5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam nonstick cooking spray.
Place the bananas in a medium size bowl and mash. Make sure to measure the mashed bananas to make sure that you have 1 1/2 cups.
Add the eggs, brown sugar, avocado oil, vanilla and banana extract and mix together. Mix in the nuts and the raisins.
Mix the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and the salt in with the almond until we’ll combined.
Fold the almond flour mixture with the wet mixture until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing.
