Bacon Wrapped Sausage Fatty - Keto / Carnivore

I've been making bacon-wrapped sausage fatties in my smoker for years. You can fill them with just about anything you can imagine -- but usually it's a combination of cheese and meat, and maybe some veggies like peppers and onions.

For this video, I chose to bake the fatty in my oven -- since more people have ovens than have smokers and I wanted all my keto brothers and sisters to be able to make this.

NOTE: Especially if you are making this in an oven, you will want to use the thinnest bacon you can find, so that it fully cooks. In a smoker, where the bottom bacon and seam are exposed, it cooks nicely. If using an oven you may want to finish the fatty by broiling both the top and bottom. ALSO - this is not burnt, that's just the color from the BBQ rub.
