Sweet Potato is a member of the Reinforce-Mint family.
Sweet Potato costs 150 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 4, 6, 8 and 10.)
Sweet Potato can absorb 4,000 damage. (+500 per level.)
Sweet Potato attracts zombies from the lane above and the lane below one column away.

Commentary:
With all the trouble that the zombies generate, why would we want to concentrate them into one lane? We can think of a few reasons:
• Concentrating the zombies into a lane where Jalapeño can damage them all or Hurrikale can blow them all back to the beginning of the lawn. Laser Bean would work as well.
• On levels where are endangered plants which are not on all lanes, Sweet Potato can move those zombies away from the endangered plants.
• Sweet Potato on columns 2 and 4 will attract ALL zombies where a Cherry Bomb/Bombegranate/Grapheshot will damage ALL zombies.
• Primal Peashooter + Sweet Potato can knock zombies into the water in Pirate Seas.

Bottom Line:
Even with its usages, Sweet Potato is a plant which has only limited uses. It's not going to be a first use plant on most levels. That said, it is worthwhile plant to have in your arsenal and such, you should obtain her and level her up.

We do not get a preview of Penny's Pursuit before it is released. So what you see is what players get.

We also try to vary the strategies from week to week and showcasing different plants and strategies and ideas. Using the same strategy week after week would be boring to see.
