Toadstool seeds were offered from October 4, 2023 through October 11, 2023.

Toadstool is a member of the Enlighten-Mint family.
Toadstool costs 200 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 4 and 10.)
Toadstool will reach out and gobble the first “normal” zombie 2.5 tiles in front of it.
Toadstool will take 30 seconds to chew and digest the zombie. (-5 seconds at levels 2, 3, 5 and 8.)
When Toadstool has finished digesting the zombie, Toadstool will belch 50 Sun. (Increases at levels 2, 7 and 10.)
Toadstool will do 50 damage to zombies that it can not swallow.

Commentary:
Toadstool is Chomper with some perks. Longer range. Sun belch.

Bottom Line:
Chomper recently got an upgrade which allowed it to chew more than one zombie. Toadstool needs some love too. Thirty (30) seconds is simply too long, 200 Sun is too much, and 50 Sun is too few for Toadstool to be anything more than a cute plant.
We take no pride in saying that a plant is useless, especially a money plant. We believe in supporting those who labor to give us a game we enjoy. We believe Toadstool should be a viable plant and a useful plant for those who choose to purchase it.
