Edit: I shared the cost of a previous model of electric heater in this video. My unit was $1199. Apologies for any confusion there! I am fortunate enough to have an older steel wood stove and a new eco-electric heater in my shop. But which is cheaper to purchase? Cheaper to install? Which one cheaper to operate? Which gets heats up the shop faster? Which heats up the shop longer? I'll do my best to answer these questions and a few more.
