Shockingly Expensive Wood
One of the most expensive woodworking projects of my career. This myrtle wood burl was probably the most incredible wood I have ever seen in person and I was lucky enough to get commissioned to turn it into a desk for a client. I will break down the staggering cost of these slabs, my process for turning them into a desk, and I experience a few of the pitfalls that tend to come with woodworking.

Standing Desk The Cops Thought Was Loaded With Drugs (really)
Step by step woodworking process to how I made this epoxy table/oversized standing desk. I don't hold anything back in my table build videos, and I feel like I learn something new on every build. I even had a couple hard lessons on why I need to always pour a table right-side-up. Anyway, let me know what you think and if you have any questions!

Stump to Table - Woodworking Projects
Power carving an end table from a single piece of wood. I have used some electric carving tools before. But this was my first time using a chainsaw carving disc, and actually my first time using a chainsaw too! I started with a big chunk of english walnut and shaped it down to an end table for our new house. As always, SUBSCRIBE for more videos and let me know what you think of this.

60 Minute Aluminum Workbench
In this video, I show how I built my giant outfeed table for my table saw. This outfeed table is constructed from a heavy-duty aluminum extrusion kit provided by Framing Tech. The top is a commercial-grade satin black laminate, and I also inlaid my cast iron router table to save space, then added some cool custom vertical mounts for my Festool vacuum clamps.

Wood Stove VS Electric Garage Heater - Making My Dream Shop
Wood heat or an electric shop heater? Thanks to Policygenius for sponsoring this video!
Edit: I shared the cost of a previous model of electric heater in this video. My unit was $1199. Apologies for any confusion there! I am fortunate enough to have an older steel wood stove and a new eco-electric heater in my shop. But which is cheaper to purchase? Cheaper to install? Which one cheaper to operate? Which gets heats up the shop faster? Which heats up the shop longer? I'll do my best to answer these questions and a few more. As always, don't hesitate to ask any questions in the comments, I read em all, and even answer them too.

Table Saw Upgrade
I decided I wanted the best table saw for my new woodshop, so I sold my Sawstop PCS and got a fully loaded 5hp Sawstop ICS with their large sliding table and the floating overarm dust collection. I changed the thumbnail after uploading, so that is why there is a bit of a confusing spoiler to the start of this.

Making My Dream Shop -- Episode Two
The second installment of my series on making my dream woodshop. Before I got settled, I wanted to make the shop a little easier on the eyes. So I patched all the seams on the OSB walls, added a heavy texture to blend it all in, then painted the entire shop a nice light gray. Finally, I replaced my old yellow fluorescent shop lights with high intensity LED lights in a bright white 6000k color.

Attached Shed w/Slab Concrete Foundation
I enlisted the help of my dad to build a shed and we were able to build this addition in about two weekends. This shed will provide a hidden area to house my large dust collector and 60 gal air compressor. This won't just free up space, but will keep the noise in my shop down dramatically. I've included a link to everything I used below, let me know if I missed anything! And if you're interested I would say the whole project cost around $1200.
