Ingredients for 1 muffin:

1 ripe banana (100 g without peel)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter(25 g)
25 g protein powder (1 scoop)
1 teaspoon cocoa
20 g dark chocolate chips(2 tbsp)
bake 10-15 minutes at 180°C /360°F or microwave for 2-3 minutes

Ingredients for 2 muffins:

2 ripe banana (200 g without peel)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons peanut butter(50 g)
50 g protein powder (2 scoops)
2 teaspoon cocoa
40 g dark chocolate chips(4 tbsp)
bake 10-15 minutes at 180°C /360°F or microwave for 2-3 minutes
