Super Silky Smooth and Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

I've been asked how I make my mashed cauliflower so that it turns out so silky smooth. The secret is a couple of tools that will I believe come in very handy in the kitchen: a potato ricer and an immersion blender. The adjustable ricer I have has me thinking about a way to use it for keto pasta (one of the many things I'm working on).
