Minister of State for Trade, Industry, and Corporative, David Bahati, is championing the production of locally-made textiles to fulfill the President's directive of reducing the importation of second-hand clothes. Minister Bahati highlighted this while on a visit to Fine Spinners Uganda Limited in Bugolobi.
