Next, I show you how to create a super-savory "umami bomb" powder that can be added to burger meat, used as a rub on steaks, or used to amp up the flavor on soups, stews, sauces, and gravies.

You can do either of these things to create a better burger, but when you combine the two, you're in for a beefy flavor explosion like you've probably never experienced.
