Shrimp Taco Shells:
Piles of 1/4 cup cheese
Bake at 350 for 6 minutes
Hang over utensils to form shape
Let harden for 5 minutes

Picanha:
Score meat (cut in checkered shape)
Season with garlic & oregano
Bake at 200 for 1 hour
Sear all sides of meat in pan for a couple minutes

Steak & Egg Burrito Tortilla:
2 egg whites & 4-5 teaspoons beef gelatin (5 makes the tortilla pretty thick/indestructible)
Butter your parchment paper
Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes

At Home Cheese Folio Wrap:
1.5 oz cheese in microwave for 20 seconds
Spread in between two pieces of parchment paper
Put in fridge for 1 minute

Chicken Quesadilla Tortilla:
2 oz cheese & 2 eggs blended together
Cook in pan on medium to low heat
