Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the emergency action taken by the Supreme Court Monday in the matter of Vanderstock v. Garland, a challenge to ATF's rule on frames and receivers. After obtaining a huge win in the District Court and again before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, things looked very bleak for the future of this rule.
