Stopped by The Pinnacle Shops in Bristol today for a quick lunch at Buddy's bar-b-q. This place was founded in 1972 in Knoxville, TN and has 19 locations as well as a catering business. You can learn more about all that at their website: www.buddysbarbq.com

Sadly, the fries weren't up to snuff (likely just not well cooked today and not a constant concern) so I needed a bit more food. Did I settle for a burger and a grape snow cone? Nope... I went to the Great American Cookie Company!
