How to Heal Yourself

You walk around with thoughts of someone you love, someone you miss or someone you don't like. The thought is like a knife that stabs you whenever you are thinking about something else. You can not escape it. You remember it at the most inappropriate times. It consumes you.

Theses are the wounds that you need to heal. These are the thoughts that are making you sick and holding you back from living your life.

You can heal yourself by taking action and healing that wound. It will feel good. It will not be fun. It will at the moment after you have given it the love it deserves, it will give you your life back and open you events and people to you that you have been missing your whole life.

Go Forth and Spread Beauty and Light by healing you inner wounds and regrets. Give them love or get rid of them but stop self torturing yourself.
