Your Hug Changed My Life

When I was in High School, I lost a basketball game for my school's team because I missed the game-winning shot. I wanted to die. I failed myself, my team, and the fans and I did it in front of everyone in the community.

After the game, I found a secluded spot in the gym and cried my heart out. I was devasted at my failure. At the moment that I could no longer stand, an arm came around me and hugged me. A stringer appeared out of nowhere and gave me the love to go on.

Who have you hugged today? Whose life have you changed by just being there for them? It does not cost anything but your time.
