Life is sometimes overwhelming.  Things happen, emotions run high, events take you out of your comfort zone and you are left with a feeling of exhaustion, physically and mentally.  For physical recovery, that is just rest.  For mental recovery, what do you do?We don't think enough about our mental health.  What we mentally need to be the amazing person that we are.  Your mental health should not be taken for granted.  You should set time for yourself to be yourself without any outside noise.  Your mental health is linked to your longevity.  Do you want to live a long and happy life, then get serious about embracing your mental health?
