When you walk down the street do you make eye contact with the people who are trying to make sys contact with you?

COVID has made us all feel lonely. Distant from other people. We all miss being social and most of all, we missed being missed.

Pick your head up! Look your eyes and gaze into the eyes of people that you walk by when you are outside. Just say "hi". Nothing more.

Make eye contact to start your social journey back to people. Don't let COVID win and keep you feeling isolated.

Make eye contact and remind yourself of how wonderful it is to let people see you!
