Tasty South African Lamb Bunny Chow

Durban style bunny chow is the best. It's easy to make but you will need a lot of gravy in the curry. Use the ingredients below for a delicious thick gravy.
I'll add the process so you don't need to watch the video again.
This is a quick and easy way instead of grinding spices I just used all in powder form.

Marinate: 500 Grams Lamb (on the bone)

1 Tbls - coriander and Cumin (Jeera) powder mix
3 Tbls - Mixed Masala
1 Tbls - Garam Masala
1 tsp - Salt
1/3 tsp - Elachi Powder (you also can add whole cardamoms)
1/3 tsp Tumaric Powder
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
A little oil to help get everything mix in well.

Cover and prepare the vegies.

Vegies:
4 - Tomatoes
3 - Potatoes (Preferably Up To Date Potatoes) cut into 4 or as you desire.
1 - Onion (Normal or Red)
3 - Green Chilies

Cooking:

3 - 4 - Tbls oil
2 - Tbls Butter Gee

Add the onions till it is translucent on low heat. But start it of hot.
Add the grated Tomatoes, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the marinated Lamb, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
Then add a cup of water.
Then add the chilies and curry leaves.
Bring water to a boil then add in the potatoes and another cup of water.
Bring to a boil then let it simmer for 20 - 25 minutes till the gravy is thick.

Pour curry into unsliced bread. Its better to make it quarter pieces if you noticed the ending of my video, 1/4 is not a bright idea.
