Bait the duel enemy to attack then move behind them(Launching from behind has a higher chance of launching an enemy if they are human size) and equip max 5 Star Colossal Power and launch the enemy. With that skill equipped, it should launch the enemy higher than usual which will let you use another launch attack that if timed right will launch the enemy once more and you can loop this until the enemy is defeated or your luck runs out and you either miss the timing or the enemy does not launch (which seems to be for the enemy with 100t body skill or big enemies you can't launch like the Dragons or bosses which have higher resistance to being launched even if they are human size like bosses.)
