Khan Murjan Souk/Market in Wafi City, Dubai

The Khan Murjan Souk is one of Dubai's more unusual new shopping developments. This underground market is inspired by a 14th century Baghdad meeting place or Khan.
There are around 100 small stores that sell a variety of handicrafts and products including calligraphy, antiques, art, furniture, carpets and rugs, jewellery, perfumes, abayas, herbs and spices.
Khan Murjan Souk is open throughout the week. Opening times are Saturday to Wednesday 10 am to 10 pm and Thursday and Friday 10am to midnight.
The closest metro station is Dubai Healthcare City metro station on the green line.
