Keto Chocolate "Twinkies" - 2g net carbs - corn dog maker recipe

It's shaped like a Twinkie, but tastes like a Ding Dong or a Ho-Ho without the chocolate coating. I don't know what to call it, other than "delicious".

I scaled this recipe to yield just four "Twinkies" because when I'm making these solo, I'm not fast enough to fill all six trays with batter and frosting before the bottoms start cooking. If you have a co-pilot who can place the frosting sticks for you, feel free to triple the recipe and make two complete trays worth of these.
