20-Minute No Repeats Total Body Conditioning Workout | 1.30.2023
This 20-minute workout consists of 13 movements at 60 seconds each that do not repeat. I am using a single 12 lb dumbbell, a 15 lb kettlebell, and a yoga mat today. Shoes are optional and this workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room as there are few impactful movements prescribed.
