YES if you…
- Fly AA moderately (not enough to earn status) and want elite-like benefits.
- Fly AA frequently (enough to earn status) & want to achieve a higher level of status (via spend & Loyalty Point bonuses).
- Want an Admirals Club membership.

NO if you…
- Fly AA infrequently (or not at all).
- Wouldn’t use the Admirals Club enough to justify a full membership.
- Don’t want / need priority benefits.
