Welcome to the Mothership! This is the fourth video in my beginner smoker series - Beef Back Ribs on the pellet smoker! Beef back ribs are often a forgotten and neglected cut for BBQ, but I think we need to change that! The price is usually very do-able and the flavor you can get out of them is amazing! In this cook we use my SuperNova coffee rub and finish with a Maple Bourbon glaze. In this video I will show you from start to finish how to do your first set of beef ribs! Lets get started!

Ingredients:
2 Racks of Beef Ribs (~4lbs)
1 Tsp Kosher Salt

Binder:
Yellow French's Mustard

Dry Rub - UFO BBQ SuperNova Coffee Rub
2 Tbsp Dark Ground Coffee
1.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
.5 Tbsp Black Pepper
.5 Tbsp Onion Powder
.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
.25 Tbsp Dark Cocoa
1 Tsp Ground Mustard

Maple Bourbon Glaze
4 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Bourbon
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup (the real stuff)
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
