Mission 46: THE MAN WHO SOLD THE WORLD (S Rank) | Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

This stage is pretty straight forward, you’ll be directed through it by the in-game narrative.
for cinematic purposes i left the cut scenes in the video but you’ll definitely need to skip them all to save time and earn points to get the S Rank
ℹ️ INSTRUCTIONS
1 Once you're able to walk be careful not to be seen by the helicopter when you sneak and run down the hallway
2 Hiding under the hospital beds during the patient execution scene is pretty simple, Just crawl and hide under the bed when the guard isn't looking
3 When you’re playing dead with the bodies on the floor don’t move an inch once you’ve got into your position (When you're given a handgun don't swap it out for the submachine gun unless your suppressor breaks, because the handgun's aim is more precise for headshots)
4 When you make it out to the hospital lobby area try not to be seen but you can earn some bonus points by head shotting all 6 guards in the lobby, and before you stealth your way towards the entrance pick up one of their submachine guns with 20+ ammo
5 After the cut scene when you see The Man On Fire infront of you empty a full clip into him (and a few extra bullets for good luck) then head for the Exit again before he flips out
🏆 KEY FACTORS:
• Complete the mission under 19 minutes
• eliminated the 6 guards in the lobby (5000pts)
• Landed 20 shots on The Man On Fire (5000pts)
