Tail: Yellow Hackle
Body: Tinsel, Silver
Throat: Schlappen, Yellow
Wing: 4 Rooster Cape Hackles, Blue
Cheek: Jungle Cock
Head: Black with Orange Band

The Blue Charm is just a simple and basic Carrie Stevens streamer but there is something about the Blue and Yellow (complimentary colors) that just make this such a beautiful fly. Same construction as the Canary but with a band of Orange in the head. -- Enjoy
