Ukrainian Red Cross reveals its political allegiance breaking the org’s code

Local residents in the Donbass say the Ukrainian Red Cross deliberately ignored them when it provided massive assistance to other victims of the conflict. They also accused the organization of misrepresenting facts about their plight.
