In this video, I want to answer another question from a viewer: how do I know if I’m stressed?

There are some objective tests you can do to tell if you’re stress. These include:

1. Ragland’s test - This when you test your blood pressure while lying down and then standing.

2. Iris test - Shining a light in your eye should cause your iris to contract for at least 15 seconds.

3. Scratch test - If a small scratch leaves a white mark for 5-10 minutes, this is a sign of stress.

4. Hair analysis - Your hair can measure long-term cortisol amounts.

Not everyone has time for or access to these tests. That’s why it’s important to also pay attention to subjective signs of stress. Pay attention to how you’re feeling. Here’s what you should look at:

1. Tolerance - Do things get on your nerves easily? How much patience do you have?

2. Cognition - Can you focus? Are you able to sleep?

3. Productivity - Do you have a hard time feeling productive, even if you got a lot done?

4. Morning energy - Do you feel good in the morning when you wake up? Does it take a long time to wake up?

5. Mood - How’s your mood throughout the day? Are you worried, anxious, or down?

6. Jet lag - Do you experience serious jet lag, or do you bounce back quickly?

The best ways to lower stress are to go on long walks, get plenty of space, get enough quality sleep, try acupressure, and take a stress-relief supplement, like my adrenal cortisol relief.
