In this video, we are going to talk about the key foods on a ketogenic diet.

Vitamin C is one of the most important nutrients for the keto diet. Some of the best foods to consume for vitamin C are bell peppers, sauerkraut, and a lot of cruciferous vegetables.

Omega 3 from wild-caught salmon and fatty fish are also very important.

Vitamin B1 from sunflower seeds, and non-fortified nutritional yeast.

Potassium and magnesium from consuming 7-10 cups of vegetables.

Iodine from seafood and sea kelp.

Iron is also important - get them from red meat or even organ meats.

Phytonutrients from sprouts and cruciferous vegetables are important from a health standpoint and clean up all the chemicals in our environment.
