MOUNT MERAPI HIKE || SUNRISE VOLCANO || JOGJAKARTA, JAVA || TRAVEL INDONESIA

After heading back from the river tubing the previous day, we didn’t sleep before having to head out to do the sunrise Mount Merapi trek. We climbed in the dark for three or so hours and watched an incredible sunrise over the city lights. My knees struggled on the way back down!
