Here are 3 Breaths You Can Try Now 🌬️

Before practicing, chant ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO 3 times.

1. Breath of Fire
Inhale & exhale through your nose in powerful, rhythmic, equal breaths. You can gradually increase the speed.

2. O-Mouth Breath
Make your mouth into an O-shape. Breathe in & feel the air hit the back of your throat. Shoot the breath out.

3. 8-Stroke Breath
Inhale in 8 equal sniffs through the nose. Exhale 8 equal parts through the nose. Mentally chant SA TA NA MA x 2 as you inhale & exhale.
